Unable to login to Offline G-Shala application?

• Make sure you have installed the latest version of Offline G-Shala. Below is the screenshot of the latest G-Shala version has updated G-Shala logo on it.

  
  
• In case you don’t have the above version. Click here to download the latest version.

• In case you have the latest version installed and still not able to login, please follow below steps:

  1. Right click on G-Shala application logo
  2. Click on properties
  3. Click on compatibility tab
  4. Click on “Run this program as an administrator”
  5. Click on Apply and OK
  6. Run the application again and try login

• In case of window 7 users, follow the above 3 steps and do additional steps after it as described below:

  1. Right click on G-Shala application logo
  2. Click on “Open file location”

  3. Look for life name “Gshala.exe.config” or “Gshala.exe” and open it in notepad application by following below steps:

     1. Right click on file name
     2. Click on “Open with”
     3. Look for “Notepad” application and hit “OK” button

     4. Look for below highlighted statement in the file and replace “https” to “http”

        
     5. Save and close
     6. Run the application and try login
     7. Still face any issue contact customer service
